Revamped website for Ariyalur District

The Revamped District website under S3WaaS framework viz. https://ariyalur.nic.in has been launched in Ariyalur District, Tamil Nadu on 23.05.2018. Through this website, the information and activities of all the Departments of the district can be accessed through any devices like Smart Phone, Tablet, Laptop and computers. All the schemes implemented in the district by the Government of Tamil Nadu are also easily accessible through this website.

This website is specially designed with new technologies to find the necessary information in both Tamil and English languages. The website is based on a standard theme that is certified by STQC for accessibility compliance as per GIGW (Guidelines for Indian Government Websites), and hosted on NIC’s secure cloud.

Further, the general public are able to avail the various services and information available on implementation of Government schemes under departments like Revenue, Tourism, Agriculture etc., in Ariyalur district. The daily Press Releases of District Administration along with photos are being hosted on this website on a regular basis.

The District Collector, Mrs.M.Vijayalakshmi IAS while launching the website, lauded officers of NIC, Ariyalur for achieving this milestone in a short period.

The District Revenue Officer Shri. S. Dhanasekaran, the Project Director Smt. G.K.Lokeshwari, the District Informatics Officer Shri S. John Britto, Additional District Informatics Officer Shri. K. David Joseph Raj, the eDistrict Managers and other officials were present in the inaugural function.
